January 2021 update

Screamerz,
First and foremost, happy new year! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season.
There seem to be 2 questions that keep popping up in comments. Ill answer both below with what we know right now.
Production: We are still on hold at the factory awaiting an update after Chinese New Year. We don't want to sound like a broken record, but they have repeatedly given us that response over the past few weeks.
Refunds: There are currently no plans to issue any refunds at this time. The money from the kickstarter (and then some) has already been sent to the factory to begin production. Should anything in this regard change in the future we will update you all.
Hopefully by the end of next month we will have something to update in regard to production.

Hey guys and gals,
There is still a massive delay with the factory after they got hit especially hard from Covid-19. We know that about half of their factory floor staff were forced to quarantine for extended periods of time (weeks to months in some cases) as well as reduced work force on a regular basis due to deaths of relatives, sick relatives, etc. Although they have been back for a good amount of time now, they are still working on essentially skeleton crews.
We have currently been told to expect some major / final updates after the upcoming Chinese New Year. This is all we have been told repeatedly for the past few weeks. Should the opportunity arise to travel to China ourselves we will do so at the earliest convenience to assess the situation further.
We understand that this has been a very long wait and we thank you for your patience. We were honestly hoping to have this closed out and all shipped no later than the end of this year, but that does not seem to be in the cards. We have a skype meeting set up with the factory for tomorrow daytime (China time). If we happen to get any sort of additional information we will share it immediately.

Hell Screamerz Armada,
Unfortunately at this time, no news is bad news. Our factory is still operating at about 20% capacity as the region it is in has been hit with what is essentially a second wave of Covid-19. As of right now, their "engineers" that do our tooling are mostly on lock down and the production floor is operating at a very slow pace.
We are keeping our fingers crossed for a late Q4 2020 shipment, but there have been no commitments made from the factory in that regard.
We will keep you updated if and when we receive additional information.

Greetings Hell Screamerz Armada,
We hope everyone is staying as safe as possible during these challenging times. First off, we want to thank you once again for your continued support and understanding. As many of you know, factories in China have either been closed or production across the board has slowed down dramatically. Unfortunately, this has affected our factory, which is only operating at 30% capacity. We do know our tooling has been completed and samples have been pressed. We are in constant communication with them and are working to try to get an update on when the rest of production will take place so we can estimate a new delivery time.
We assure you we are and will continue to do all that we can to ensure the prompt delivery of our debut figures to you.

Hey guys! Update: For the past 2 months I have been in contact back and forth with my factory almost every other week. First to make sure the staff are doing well the owner and my team. A lot of the members have relative in the highly effected areas and when home for the holidays and most have not and will not be allowed to return to prevent of contamination to fellow workers and the city. However this does not mean that My factory is back up and running. They started to get a foot hold on things but they are working at 20% capacity and although that is little, they are still working and playing catch up with many of things. I am asking you guys to be more patient, I am fully aware this is taking more time that need be and then some and thank you guys for sticking around. My factory and I are doing everything in our power to bring this project to a head.. How much longer is the real question, That is hard for me to answer... that being said... regardless of whats is going on I will be going to china in July no matter what to see friends and assess the situations for myself. I will be well equipped as I can be when I go but this is something I feel I need to do.. I waited to see the effects of things and I know there might not be much I can personally do and im not going to pressure anyone to do something with something that is clearly an uncontrollable issue, I wont have that on my hands. I thank you guys for being sensitive and your personal messages of encouragement and support throughout all this. I admittedly agree its taken longer than it should have. trust me when I say as the owner of this dream I want this if not as much but more than you do but not at the risk of half assed "just accept it" and or the risk of putting someone health at risk unless its my own. For this I am Sorry and i take full responsibility. Just wait a bit longer..
